Health Protein Pancake Recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour (or a half cup white/half a cup whole wheat flour)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- Splash vanilla
- Pinch cinnamon
- You can add chocolate chips or blueberries for a healthier version.

Mix all ingredients.

Cook in Betty Crocker or frying pan for 2 minutes.
